Topstaff Employment are urgently recruiting experienced Administrator’s and Receptionist’s for ad-hoc temporary assignments in and around the Glasgow area. 
 
The successful candidates must be computer literate and have an understanding of office procedures.
 
General duties will include, but not limited to:
o Carrying out day to day administration tasks
o Mail in/out
o Maintaining the filing system
o Handling customer telephone enquiries, and greeting customers entering the premises, in a polite and professional manner
o Meeting and greeting clients as and when required
o Inputting data into the database
o Assist with ongoing Quality Control procedures
o Supporting other members of the administration team as necessary
 
The successful candidates must have a proven administration or reception background along with good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and be IT literate in Word in Excel. Candidates should have a can-do attitude, be enthusiastic team player’s, be smart in appearance, flexible and reliable with a checkable work history.
