Topstaff Employment are currently recruiting a Helpdesk Co-ordinator for our client based in Glasgow.
Hours of work will be between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, so a flexible approach to working hours is necessary. This will be a temporary ongoing position, however this could lead to something permanent for the right candidate.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
• Logging calls and jobs from clients, tenants and other organisations
• Ensuring that jobs are accurately logged with the appropriate tradesmen/department
• Using a number of different in-house computer systems
• Liaising with sub-contractors
To be considered for the role you will have:
• Previous experience of working in a helpdesk environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be IT literate and have experience of working with a variety of in-house systems
• Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills
• Have strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Be flexible and reliable
